Hello, let me introduce myself, I’m Ron Antinore, and I’m the Founder/Owner of F&B Serve (Food and Beverage Serve). With over 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry working as a Gentlemen's Club DJ, Server, Bar Back, Bartender, and Manager in some of the largest (and smallest) nightclubs, live music venues, sports bars, restaurants, country clubs, casinos, and private events/parties from Atlanta to Hollywood to West Palm Beach I decided to put my many years of diversive experience to use to help owners and managers to ease the pains associated with the food and beverage industry. Since you are here today, you no doubt are in need of help and advice, or want to learn more about the food and beverage business. And you have come to the right place. Just so you know it finally dawned on me: after many years that I knew more about the bar and restaurant industry than anything else in my professional life. I always knew that I wanted to own my own business in the food and beverage industry, but never knew exactly what...of course I have that ultimate goal of opening my own bar and grill, but for now I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and dreams in this wonderful but stressful business we call Hospitality. I have always loved this business, but like in every industry there are certain things that I haven't always loved, and that still holds true to this day. It was the hours I hated and not being able to see my family or go on vacations because I not only had to pay for the trip, but I lost money by not working my shifts and making tips. Double-whammy!! I needed to find something that was industry-related but that had “normal” hours and a capacity to grow. And that's when I came up with the idea for F&B Serve (Food and Beverage Serve). My goal is to help bar/restaurant owners and managers become experts, or at least more knowledgeable about what’s going on in their establishment. My greatest work related passion comes from helping owners/managers to successfully implement systems that can make their lives easier, and their pockets fatter!!! How Can I Help You?
